Overtime Pay - Meal & Rest Periods - Payment Of Wages At Termination - Minimum Wage
Employers frequently violate these four areas of the California Labor Laws: unpaid overtime wages, providing meal & rest periods, withholding pay after termination and failure to meet minimum wage requirements. Sometimes employers try to avoid paying employees the wages they are due by misclassifying employees as exempt from overtime when they are actually entitled to payment for overtime worked. Just because you are paid a salary does not mean that you are not entitled to overtime pay. You may have certain employee rights that have been violated by your employer that you may not even be aware of. Pregnancy Leave - Family Medical Leave
